software products include an initial 90-day support period with telephone and
remote online technical
support on how to install, configure, and use the software.
Training
SY-CON includes online training with your
purchase. Additional online training can be purchased by the hour at
anytime. Also offered as an option is training and startup assistance at your
facilities.

Annual Software Maintenance Contract
An
annual maintenance contract is available for continued technical support and free
new versions beyond the initial support period.
Updates for an existing version are always free.
Importing Databases
All of our software products
have an Import feature so you can use Excel®
spreadsheets or other formats to populate our database from another software
application's data.
If that doesn't work for your
situation we are experts in relational databases and can
convert an existing database from any other application to any of our products
eliminating time consuming
data entry, saving potentially hundreds of hours. You can
have a fully operational system in a matter of a few days.
Custom Software
SY-CON can develop custom enhancements to most of our software packages or provide you with a quotation for a completely custom application. You can even add your own custom app or other software package
callable from within
PC-TOOLCRIB
and PC-TOOLCRIB Lite!
